Wow! I missed a day of SOL for the first time in two years. It’s just one thing that represents how my day has progressed. I knew it would be rough as soon as I woke up and realized I was already behind schedule. Plans changed, people got angry, and it took a toll on my mood. The cause and effect of emotion became a very relevant factor to the course of my day.
